By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About LeaderIn

LeaderIn seeks to build an enduring cross-sector community of leaders committed to expanding their perspectives, growing as whole people, and strengthening the organizations and communities they influence, fostering forward-thinking leadership for our world. The Website provides information about LeaderIn and its programs and allows you to contact us. It also includes restricted pages for prospective members whom we invite to apply.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

The Website is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these Terms. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Restrictions on Use

4. Membership Applications and Membership

LeaderIn membership is by invitation. Prospective members whom we contact are given access to restricted pages of the Website that explain how to apply. Applications are completed directly on OpenWater, a third-party platform, and not on this Website. Your use of OpenWater is subject to OpenWater's own terms and privacy policy, not these Terms.

You agree not to share access links or credentials for restricted pages with others without our permission.

Submitting an application or contacting us does not guarantee membership. Membership decisions are made at LeaderIn's sole discretion. Expectations for members, such as attending events and paying dues, are communicated separately and are not governed by these Terms.

5. Contacting Us Through the Website

Information you submit through our Contact Us form is provided voluntarily. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. Submitting a message does not create a membership, contract, or any confidential relationship between you and LeaderIn.
